Come and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow
volunteers and community activities.

The Friends of the Driftwood Public Library is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the support and enhancement of library services.

Enjoy helping with our successful ongoing community project. The Friends of Driftwood Public Library is an all volunteer organization that collects used books and sells them in a book store in the back room of the library. All book donations are welcomed.

Book Store

Hours: Monday – 10am - 2pm
Book Prices: Children's $.25, Pocketbooks $.50. Most other paper and hardback $1.00. We have a large selection of video movies for $1.00 each.

Saturday Book Sales are often held on the Saturdays before Monday holidays. All proceeds go to support the library and its many programs.

Membership Information



  • Dues are $5.00 per year for a single membership;
    $10.00 for a family membership.

  • Drop into the library for membership form and further details.

  • Join us for our meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:15am in the Fischer Room.
